Our 3 for 2 bundle was designed to allow users based on the island of Ireland (NI & ROI) ONLY to access three games for the price of two.
If when you click into the item of content you wish to watch and are being asked to purchase again, you might:
- not be logged in correctly under the account your bundle credits are linked to,
- are attempting to watch content on the app but have not applied a credit to the item on the website or
- the credit you applied on the website has not yet flowed through to the app platform you are attempting to watch on
Applying Credits
What content:
Upon purchasing the bundle, you will be/would have been issued 3 credits to be applied to watch whatever three games you wish.
**Credits cannot be applied to games produced by RTÉ, TG4 or BBC when on the island of Ireland as those games are not available to view on our service to IE/NI-based users due to viewing rights restrictions in place in the territory. These games can however be accessed free-to-air on the relevant TV channel (by ROI-based users) or free of charge via the broadcaster's online Player (NI & ROI-based users). The broadcaster (GAAGO / RTÉ / TG4 / BBC) will be listed in the fixture details.
If you are holidaying abroad, in a location where there are no viewing rights restrictions in place (outside of Ireland and the UK) you will be able to apply credits to access RTÉ, TG4 or BBC-produced games once your location is read correctly as the location you are in (not IE). To ensure this:
1. Turn off mobile data on your device / don't connect to a mobile data connection
2. Connect to a local Wi-Fi source
3. If using the website clear your browser cookies and cache then log back into the site

4. If using the mobile app, close the app, carry out steps 1 & 2 above then reopen the app
Where:
Credits can ONLY be applied on our website.
You will not be able to apply credits on our mobile (Android & iOS) or on-tv (Roku, Apple TV, Google TV, Fire TV / Stick, Samsung TV, LG TV) app platforms as the app providers (Apple/Google) do not support the function BUT you will be able to watch the item of content on those app platforms after applying a credit to access the item on our website.
**Please note you may need to close and reopen your app platform after applying a credit on the website for the action to flow through to the app.
How:
- Log in to our website under the account you purchased the credits under
- From the homepage or the Live / Catchup sections, select the fixture you want to access
- Once you are on the match page for that fixture you should see your credits balance displayed (e.g. 'Remaining credits: 1'). If you do not see this, you may not be logged in correctly or you may have no credits remaining
- Select the 'Use a Credit' button
- Complete the process on the next screen by hitting 'Confirm selection'
You should now be able to stream the game via the website or in any of the mobile or on-tv apps.
To check how many credits you have remaining:
When logged in on our website, on a desktop view (laptop/PC), go to the 'ACCOUNT' section and you should see how many credits are remaining in your bundle (see below)
On the mobile view, click the person icon > Dashboard and you should see how many credits are remaining in your bundle (see below)
Expiry Date:
Credits must be used up during the season in which you purchase them. Unused credits will not be reimbursed and cannot be carried over to next season.
