Our Season Pass package was designed specifically for users based on the island of Ireland (NI & ROI).
For that reason, it grants holders access to all content available to access on our service on the island of Ireland. That consists of all GAA+ Exclusive games carried on our service during the season in which you purchase the pass.
Games produced by RTÉ, TG4 and BBC NI cannot be viewed on our service on the island of Ireland (NI & ROI) due to viewing rights restrictions in place in the territory and therefore access to those games is not included in this package (see below). This limitation is reflected in the price of the pass package.
That means if you are a Season Pass holder (NI/ROI Resident) travelling outside of the island of Ireland, in a territory where RTÉ, TG4 and BBC NI-produced games can be accessed you will be able to watch them on our service once your location is read correctly as the country you are in BUT you will need to purchase access to them additionally, as standalone game purchases, as access to them is not included in your pass package.
To ensure your location is read correctly as the territory you are in (and not IE):
1. Turn off mobile data
2. Connect to a local WiFi source
3. If you are using our website, clear the browser cookies and catch and refresh the page
4. If using the app, close it, follow steps 1 & 2 and reopen the app
