For the Annual Pass, Annual Pass GB and Flex Pass subscribers, your subscriptions will automatically renew on the same date (as purchase) annually, giving you the benefit of not having to worry about signing up every year.
By purchasing one of the above products you are committing to a yearly, rolling subscription however, if you only wish to sign up for the year you can set your subscription to cancel at teh end of your subscription period at any time. To do so simply:
- Go to the 'ACCOUNT' section when logged into your GAA+ account on our website
- Select 'Manage Subscriptions' and
- Cick on 'Cancel Auto Renew'
Our Flex Pass options (available for the regular Annual Pass and Annual Pass GB packages) allow you to spread the cost of your year-long subscription across the duration of the year in 12 to-be-paid monthly installments.
- You pay one month upfront at the time of purchase, followed by 11 further monthly installments (1 per month) for the remainder of the year.
- Payment will be taken on the same date every month (same as purchase date).
- Installments are charged to the credit/debit card used when making the initial purchase, you can change your credit card details at any time in the 'Billing Information' section of MyGAA+
- The pass is not a pay-per-month pass that you can simply cancel at any time and payments will cease. You can set your subscription to cancel at the end of the subscription period at any time under the MYGAA+ section on our website when logged into your account but payments will not cease until all 12 payments have been collected.
The duration of your Season Pass will depend if you purchased it durectly from us (via our website) or from Apple/Google (via our apps).
- Web-purchased Season Passes grant the holder access to content on our service included on their pass during the seaon in which they purchased it. These passes will automatically renew on a to be decided upon date each year, ahead of the Championship stage of the next season getting underway (subject to change annually).
- App-purchased Season Passes grant the holder access to any content carried on our service included in their pass package (BBC online/Player-only and GAA+ Exclusive games) for a full year from the date of purchase. They renew on the same date (as purchased) annually.
Commercial Pass and Club Pass packages are seasonal passes rather than year long in that they grant the holder access to content on our service, included in their pass package, during the duration of the season in which they purchase the pass. These are once-off purchase, non-renewing products. Once the season finished, they expire. If you require one of these pass packages each season, you will need to purchase one each season as they will not automatically renew.
Gift purchases of any of our pass packages are once-off, non renewing purchases. They will simply expire, not renew at the end of their pass duration. Pass durations are as detailed above (Annual, Flex: year-long, Commercial, Club: 1 season, Season: dependant)
Pay-per-game / Standalone purchases are once off purchases
