If you made a purchase through one of our mobile apps your payment would have gone through the relevant app platform provider's payment system (Apple / Google) not ours.
As we do not have any access to or control over their payment system we will not be able to issue a refund for a purchase made through one of the apps on our side. You will need to contact the app platform provider directly in regard to this:
