How do I login/sign in to GAA+?

If you already have a GAA+ account from a previous purchase then:

On the website:

On a desktop (PC/Laptop)

1. Click on the login button 

2. Enter the email address and password associated with your GAA+ account

3. Click on the box next to 'REMEMBER ME' if you want to store your details on your device.

4. Click the box to the left of 'I am not a robot,' wait a few seconds for the spinning wheel to turn into a tick 

At this point, you may be prompted to complete a CAPTCHA security feature where you need to select all boxes that contain a requested item, click VERIFY to confirm selection.

5. Once you do this, proceed to click 'LOGIN.'

On a mobile device (iPad.tablet/mobile phone)

1. Click the three dots in the top right-hand corner

2. Select LOGIN from the list presented

3. Enter the email address and password associated with your GAA+ account into the fields on the next page

4. Click the box to the left of 'I am not a robot' and hit the LOGIN button (see below)

If when you click 'LOGIN' you are not asked to enter your email address and password and are ONLY asked to select 'I am not a robot,' you will need to clear your browser cookies and cache to rectify the issue. For step-by-step instructions, see - Clearing Cookies & Cache (Browser) 

On Our Apps:

We offer a number of mobile (Android and iOS) and on-tv (Roku, Fire, Apple, Google, Samsung TV, LG TV) apps.

1. If your device is compatible with our app you should be able to locate the GAA+ app in the app store on your device 

2. Once downloaded, open the app and click the cogwheel icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen

3. Click the first option from the list provided, LOGIN

4. Enter the email address and password you entered when purchasing the pass/game or highlights programme into the appropriate fields and click CONTINUE

Once logged in, you will be able to purchase access to items of content you wish to watch (under the LIVE and CATCHUP sections)

If you are a pass package holder you will be able to see which items of content you have automatic access to/are included in your pass package (SEE DETAILS button will display under the item image) and which items are not included in your pass package (BUY NOW button with display under the item image) as seen below.

Forgotten your password?

1. If you wish or need to reset your password, click on the 'Forgot Password' option on the login page. 
2. Enter the email address associated with your GAA+ account into the provided field and click 'send email.'
3. You should receive an email to the email address you entered with instructions on resetting your password

You can watch GAA+ on our website, through our mobile apps (available to download on Android and iOS mobile devices via the Google Play or Apple App Store) which support casting via Chromecast and Airplay or directly on a Smart TV via our Roku, Apple TV, Google TV or Fire TV, Samsung TV or LG TV on-tv apps.
