I am an active GAAGO subscriber. What happens next?

Island of Ireland (NI & ROI) based:

If you held a Season Pass subscription with us last season that was purchased via the GAAGO website, no 2025 renewal will have occurred for this product. Your account  was not carried over to GAA+ and as such, you will need to create a new account within the GAA+ platform.

If you held a Season Pass subscription with us last season, purchased via one of the GAAGO apps, your account should have migrated over to the GAA+ system but if you are having difficulty logging into your account or accessing content please email our Support Team on help@gaaplus.ie

Based outside of the island of Ireland (NI &ROI):

If you are located outside of the island of Ireland and held an Annual Pass, Annual Pass GB or Flex Pass with us last season, your accounts and subscriptions should have been carried over to the GAA+ service.

This means you should be able to login on GAA+ using the same login details you had for GAAGO and your account will already be set up and your access to content (as per your subscription) should have transferred over.

From March 31st 2025, the GAAGO service will be discontinued and you will be able to login to GAA+ and get familiar with the new service.

From April 5th 2025 (first weekend of Championship) live content will be available to stream on GAA+ in all territories (island of Ireland, GB and Rest of World).

If you have any questions about the above, please email support@gaago.ie
