Island of Ireland (NI & ROI) based users:
If you are based on the island of Ireland (NI & ROI) and previously purchased access to content on GAAGO on a pay-per-game basis or subscribed to pass packages via our website (not an active subscription holder) you will need to create a new account within the GAA+ platform. You can use the same email address your GAAGO account was under should you wish or a different email address.
If you are based on the island of Ireland (NI & ROI) and previously purchased access to content on GAAGO via the app platforms your account should have migrated over from the GAAGO to GAA+ system but if you are having difficulty logging into your account or accessing content please email our support team on help@gaaplus.ie or log a ticket with our support desk here - Submit a ticket
Based outside of the Island of Ireland (NI & ROI) based users:
Existing GAAGO account holders based outside of the island of Ireland, who have actively used the GAAGO service during the 2024 or 2025 seasons will be transferred over to the GAA+ service.
This means if you have a GAAGO account you will be able to login to GAA+ using the same login details that you used on GAAGO.
This will be a seamless transition done in the background by us, all you need to do to gain access to the GAA+ service is log in.
*Please note if you previously had your login details stored on your devices, meaning you did not have to physically enter your login details every time you accessed the GAAGO service, this will not carry over to the new service. Upon using GAA+ for the first time, you will be required to enter your login details. You can then chose to store the details on the website or remain logged in on the apps to make logging in a speedier process going forward. Don't worry if you have forgotten your password, if you email our Support Team on help@gaaplus.ie they will assist you in resetting it. |
Accounts recently created in the apps:
If you created a GAAGO account (but made no purchase) in the GAAGO app platforms between March 28th - 31st your account will not have been carried over to the GAA+ service, regardless of your location.
If you have any questions about the above, please email support@gaago.ie
