Invalid Captcha

Modified on Fri, 28 Mar at 9:04 PM

CAPTCHA is a security feature that helps protect websites from spam and abuse.  An automatically generated test to tell human and bots apart. It is easy for humans to solve, but hard for “bots” and other malicious software to figure out.

Simply click the box to the left of 'I am not a robot,' and wait.

After a few seconds the spinning wheel should turn into a tick, once it does, proceed to click LOGIN.

Alternatively, you may be presented with a grid of images and asked to select images that contain a certain element (see below).

If you see the 'Invalid captcha' warning on your screen (see above) you have either failed to click the box, proceeded too quickly to logging in after clicking it (not waiting for the tick symbol to form) or selected a wrong image from the grid presented.

If this happens, simply 'X' out of the warning and follow the process again.
