"Your pass is open in another browser, please wait 60 seconds"

If you are seeing the message 'Your pass is open in another browser please wait 60 seconds,' it is possible you have:
  1. Clicked out and back into the stream too quickly
  2. Have the stream open on another browser tab or device
  3. Have reached the maximum number of streams you can have open at once
Coming out of the open stream(s) back to the fixture listings page, waiting a few seconds before clicking back into the game(s) should remove the error message from the screen and allow you to stream as normal. 

If this does not rectify the issue, logging out and back into the platform should. 
 
**Please note GAA+ is designed to stream a given game on one device, in one browser at one time (you can stream two different games at the same time under the one login - either on different devices or on the same device on different browser tabs).

If you have given your login details to another person and they are logged into the same game this will also cause the same message to appear.
