Public Wi-Fi Connections

Modified on Fri, 28 Mar at 1:30 PM

We don’t recommend using public Wi-Fi connections to stream GAA+ as the open nature of these connections can be slow and/or vary from moment to moment. This can lead to buffering, stalling etc.

Public networks, such as the ones found on public transport, college campuses, campsites, hotels, hospitals, businesses, etc., can cause connectivity issues with live streaming video if certain ports are blocked or restricted.

We recommend using a private connection, if possible, to stream GAA+.
