Buffering wheel with black background

If the video plays intermittently and or buffers on a black background screen, it means that you do not have sufficient bandwidth to stream. 

Please be aware that many ISPs (Internet Service Providers) 'throttle' bandwidth or are prone to congestion at peak times.

The stream will attempt to play at the highest resolution, a resolution your device and/or internet may struggle to stream comfortably at, hence the buffering. Unfortunately, there is no way currently to select a lower bit rate.

If you have 5MB or more available and it continues to buffer, please contact your Internet Service Provider.
